If ordered before 10am on a working day, we can guarantee that your company is formed the same day. If ordered after 10am and before 4:30pm then there is a good chance the company will be formed same-day but it cannot be guaranteed. After 4:30pm then it is most likely that the company will be processed as a same-day application on the following working day. Use this service if you need a company number urgently.
